The downside to Lifecoin is that you have a daily cap of 5 Lifecoins a day on their free plan but if you choose to go for their paid plan (which I think is not worth it) you will increase your daily cap to 10 Lifecoins a day.
You will get 1 Lifecoin for every 1,000 steps you make, so it will be a long process to build up enough Lifecoins to cash out to a reward.
For example, a $50 gift cards cost 2,500 Lifecoins. Even if you get 5 Lifecoins a day, it will take you about a year and a half to get a $50 gift card.
Yes, this is not much at all!

Stepbet is a betting app where you bet on the number of steps you take a day and if you achieve your goal then you win a prize.

Most bets last six weeks so if you meet your goals each week you will split the prize with the other winners.
